Will I be pressured to order your services?
Absolutely not. We will simply have a very friendly discussion to determine precisely what you want in your video. You can place an order then and we will get started, or you can take as long as you like to think about it.
Is there a guarantee?
We guarantee to produce your video or other service in a timely fashion and deliver it to you. Most video and audio productions are completed within 24 to 72 hours. You will be sent a watermarked version for approval and it will be removed upon full payment. You may request one change in the video at no extra cost.
Can I pay in installments?
Except where noted, all payments must be in full before we proceed. This is due to the tremendous amount of labor that goes into our personalized services.
